Specialist SEN Support Assistant. Location: Horley. Daily Rate: £90.00 - £95.00. Employment Type: Full-Time. Schedule: Monday - Friday (Term Time Only). Job Responsibility

Deliver targeted assistance to specific cohorts or individual learners
Execute EHCP goals to facilitate customised learning objectives and developmental milestones
Manage behavioural needs using uniform techniques
Foster independence by enhancing students' interpersonal skills and self-reliance
Engage in teamwork with classroom teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists
Provide personal care as needed, maintaining student's dignity and wellbeing

Requirements

Practical experience assisting learners with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is a prerequisite
Reliable, seeking a long-term placement
Tenacious & Empathetic, capable of staying composed in demanding situations
Effective liaisons, skilled at establishing quick connections with students, colleagues, and families
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or substantial relevant professional history
