Job Description:

Affinity Partnerships are currently recruiting Learning support assistants to work within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in the Woodgreen area. The school supports pupils with a wide range of SEND needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, and challenging behaviour.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care
Assisting with meal times
Supporting students with physical needs, including moving and handling
Uphold the dignity and independence of each student
Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude
Build strong relationships with both students and staff

Requirements:

Professional experience in care, particularly those confident in delivering personal care
Provided care for a family member
Subject to referencing and DBS checks, including both adult and child barred list checks
