Job Description:

Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS and KS1 in a welcoming and inclusive primary school that places creativity, inclusion, and wellbeing at the heart of its approach.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting pupils with additional needs
Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted academic and social-emotional support
Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN, or strong motivation to start
Interest in inclusive education, child development, or psychology
Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Proactive, reflective, and open to training and development
