Job Description:

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)? This Ofsted outstanding School is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to join our supportive and dynamic team. This SEN School is a nurturing and specialist environment for boys aged 5-16 years who require a tailored approach to learning. Job Responsibility:

Support in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff to address each child's EHCP goals
Foster confidence, respect, and independence in our pupils
Use a variety of strategies, including sensory tools and movement breaks, to support learning

Requirements:

A TA with experience in SEN or SEMH settings
A patient, creative, and resilient individual who can support SEN learners
Someone who believes in a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic and emotional development
A team player who is committed to fostering a positive, respectful learning environment
