Job Description

The school in Horley is a specialised provision dedicated to nurturing independent learners and preparing them for a successful transition into adult life. We cater to up to 50 students who possess Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). We are deeply dedicated to our vision of "nurturing independent learners who are prepared for adult life."

Job Responsibility

  • Providing critical learning and educational interventions tailored to individual EHCPs
  • Delivering targeted support that aligns with specific learning goals
  • Providing a grounded, nurturing presence to help students navigate social and emotional challenges
  • Encouraging students to develop the practical skills necessary for life beyond education
  • Working within a team referred by Surrey County Council and other local authorities to ensure holistic student care
