Job Description:

Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Greenwich, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs across EYFS and KS1. Opportunity to work within a well-resourced, forward-thinking school that places creativity, inclusion, and wellbeing at the heart of its approach.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs across EYFS and KS1
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted academic and social-emotional support
  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, or strong motivation to start
  • Interest in inclusive education, child development, or psychology
  • Patient, compassionate, and adaptable in a dynamic school environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
