Are you looking for a role where you can make a tangible difference every single day? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. We support pupils aged 2-11 who have a range of severe learning difficulties (SLD), as well as complex medical and care needs. This is a role that requires heart, patience, and a "can-do" attitude. While the environment is busy and the work is challenging, the rewards of seeing our pupils achieve their individual milestones are unmatched.

Job Responsibility:

Support pupils aged 2-11 who have a range of severe learning difficulties (SLD), as well as complex medical and care needs

Requirements:

  • Experience with children with special needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Background in medical or health care
  • Experience with complex care needs
  • Team player with a calm demeanour
  • Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

Nice to have:

  • Ability to track progression in attainment
