Job Description

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)? This Ofsted outstanding School is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to join our supportive and dynamic team. About Us: This SEN School is a nurturing and specialist environment for boys aged 5-16 years who require a tailored approach to learning. Job Responsibility

  • Support in the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs
  • Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff to address each child's EHCP goals
  • Foster confidence, respect, and independence in pupils
  • Use a variety of strategies, including sensory tools and movement breaks, to support learning

Requirements

  • Experience with SEN or SEMH settings
  • Patient, creative, and resilient individual who can support SEN learners
  • Believes in a holistic approach to education
  • Team player committed to fostering a positive, respectful learning environment
