Job Responsibility:
Creating and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students with diverse learning profiles
Adapting the curriculum using P Scales and individualised learning plans to ensure every child can succeed
Cultivating a classroom environment that is secure, structured, and focused on emotional well-being
Collaborating with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to provide a holistic support network
Supporting the dignity and comfort of students by providing personal care assistance when required
Requirements:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Proven experience teaching within the UK SEN sector
Expertise in inclusive pedagogy and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively in real-time
High levels of emotional intelligence, flexibility, and a calm temperament under pressure
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one)
