We are currently seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a collaborative educational environment in Wirral. Job Responsibility:
Curriculum Management: Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons based on the P Scales curriculum, adapting content to meet individual student requirements
Instructional Delivery: Implementing dynamic and engaging teaching methods tailored to the specific learning styles of students
Positive Behaviour Management: Employing creative and resilient strategies to effectively manage classroom conduct and maintain a calm, productive learning atmosphere
Student Support: Fostering positive and supportive relationships with students and assisting with personal care needs as required
Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive educational and support plan for each student
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
A proven track record of teaching students with special educational needs within a UK school setting
Ability to commence work immediately and commit to a full-time schedule of five days per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service is required
The legal right to work in the UK is essential, without the need for sponsorship
Exceptional communication skills and effective classroom management abilities are a prerequisite
