SEN Teacher in Sefton. Randstad Education is seeking a highly capable and committed SEN Teacher for a crucial, long-term role. Job Responsibility:
Designing and teaching engaging lessons that are effectively differentiated for individual student requirements
Conducting ongoing assessments and using data to track and guide student progress
Modifying curriculum materials to ensure full accessibility for all learners
Working seamlessly with support staff, parents, and external professional services
Maintaining a positive and structured learning environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is absolutely essential
Proven history teaching students with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a recognised UK school environment
Deep knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice, effective intervention strategies, and advanced pedagogical techniques
Exceptional resilience, adaptability, proactive work ethic, and strong classroom management skills
A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is required, or the immediate willingness to secure one
Nice to have:
A relevant specialist SEN qualification or significant experience supporting pupils with complex or profound learning difficulties
