Job Description:

Are you a solution-focused individual with a passion for championing the rights of young people? We are an independent, NAS-accredited specialist day school dedicated to supporting students aged 6-19 with complex learning needs. Our learners navigate a variety of challenges, including Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and profound physical or medical impairments. We don't just "teach"-we provide a highly resourced, therapeutic environment where we help students overcome barriers like sensory overload, anxiety, and low self-esteem to prepare them for a meaningful adult life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting progress across the curriculum, from the classroom to community-based settings
  • Providing essential aid for students with PMLD and complex medical needs, including personal care and physical intervention routines
  • Creating a respectful environment where every young person is seen as a capable learner
  • Working alongside therapists and specialist teachers to deliver individualised, high-quality support

Requirements:

  • At least a Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
