Job Responsibility:
Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning
Pupil Champion: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs
Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil
Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference
A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils
GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above)
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures
