You'll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, working alongside speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and school nurses. Together, we help pupils overcome barriers to learning and celebrate every achievement. The Role: Making a Difference Every Day. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our pupils both individually and in small groups. You'll work closely with class teachers to implement highly personalised learning plans, assist with classroom activities, and contribute to a nurturing and engaging learning environment. We are specifically seeking candidates with demonstrable experience dealing with complex needs. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our pupils with diverse challenges, ensuring their well-being, safety, and access to all learning opportunities.
