Job Description

Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with complex learning needs? We are seeking dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant primary special school community in Worthing. The school supports 222 incredible pupils aged 4-11, all of whom have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). We pride ourselves on a highly personalised approach, ensuring every child-regardless of their starting point-is challenged, motivated, and equipped for the future.
