Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

We are a vibrant primary special school in West Sussex catering to pupils (aged 4-11) with complex learning needs. Every child at our school has an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP), and we pride ourselves on providing a highly personalised curriculum that meets them exactly where they are. We don't just teach; we celebrate achievement across the four key areas of need: Cognition and Learning; Communication and Interaction; Sensory and Physical Development; Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). We are looking for passionate, resilient, and understanding SEN Teaching Assistants to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work alongside teachers, therapists, and nurses to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
