Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our highly skilled team. You will play a vital role in supporting our pupils to reach their full potential through a specialist, tailored approach to education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the delivery of bespoke educational plans tailored to the specific SEMH and SEND requirements of our pupils
  • Use your specialist understanding to help pupils navigate social and emotional challenges
  • Work alongside specialist leaders of education and subject specialists to provide a holistic support system
  • Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with parents and carers
