We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our amazing and supportive team at a residential special school in Lingfield. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of pupils aged 4 to 19, including those with epilepsy, autism, learning difficulties, and complex neurological conditions. Our personalised, three-tiered curriculum, structured across Infant, Lower & Middle, and 16-19 Provisions, adapts to our pupils' unique needs, fostering consistent growth, confidence, and achievement. In our 16-19 Provision, students follow accredited courses focused on life skills, independence, and preparation for adulthood. You'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, benefiting from a multi-disciplinary approach that ensures holistic and consistent support. You'll work closely with teachers and on site therapists including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, an educational psychologist, and a play therapist.
