Special Educational Needs (Sen) Teaching Assistant

We move away from traditional year-group structures, instead placing our students in groups tailored specifically to their individual learning requirements and developmental stages. This ensures every child receives the bespoke support they deserve. As an SEN TA, you won't just be sitting at a desk. You will be an active participant in a child's developmental journey. You will work closely with Class Teachers and Therapists to deliver a curriculum that is sensory, engaging, and highly physical.
