Job Responsibility
Design and deliver high-quality, adaptive lessons across a broad curriculum, with a strong focus on KS3/KS4 Maths and Functional Skills
Utilise baseline assessments to set, track, and achieve ambitious academic and personal development targets for each student
Employ evidence-based relational and restorative strategies to re-engage students who have faced barriers in mainstream education
Maintain exemplary safeguarding standards while collaborating with families and multi-agency teams to support student transition pathways
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification
Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to teach Maths at a KS3/KS4 or Functional Skills level
Strong emotional intelligence, reflective practice, and the ability to direct classroom TAs effectively
A valid, full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
