Job Description:

If you're a committed and energetic teacher ready to guide pupils with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you! As an SEN Teacher, you'll provide targeted teaching and support to students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and delivering adapted lessons aligned with P Scales
  • Creating inclusive and positive learning environments
  • Using proactive strategies to manage behaviour
  • Establishing meaningful relationships with pupils
  • Providing personal care support as needed

Requirements:

  • Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Proven experience in SEN settings in the UK
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Must be available full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Ready to start immediately
