Oasis Academy Brislington are seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified SENDCo to work alongside the senior leadership team and ensure the effective deployment of SEND support for all of our SEND learners. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner and have a secure understanding of pedagogy so that they are able to inspire and coach others to deliver inclusive-high quality teaching in all classrooms. You will be passionate about providing holistic support to students including learning support, emotional and well-being support and communication and interaction support.
Job Responsibility:
Lead our exceptional SEND team
Work alongside the senior leadership team
Ensure the effective deployment of SEND support for all of our SEND learners
Inspire and coach others to deliver inclusive-high quality teaching in all classrooms
Requirements:
Experienced and qualified SENDCo
Excellent classroom practitioner
Secure understanding of pedagogy
Passionate about providing holistic support to students including learning support, emotional and well-being support and communication and interaction support
Committed, passionate individual who wants to improve the life chances of students within Bristol
