Not every Special Education opportunity is the same, and this is one we’re being extremely intentional about. BRX Educational Staffing is partnering closely with one of the most established and respected elementary school districts in Phoenix to hire exceptional Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. Opportunities are available within both Resource and Self-Contained classroom settings serving students through 8th grade. What makes this district stand out isn’t just its reputation — it’s the leadership behind it. The district’s Special Education Director is widely respected for the way she supports, advocates for, and genuinely connects with her educators. She takes the time to know her teams personally, actively engages with staff, and works tirelessly to ensure teachers have the resources, guidance, and support they need to succeed. In a field where strong leadership can completely shape the educator experience, this district truly stands apart. This is also a unique moment to join the team. Following a few challenging years, the district has entered an exciting period of rebuilding, growth, and renewed focus under new leadership. The educators joining now will have a direct impact on helping shape the future of Special Education programs across the district. These are meaningful roles where great educators will have the opportunity to make a lasting difference for students, campuses, and the district as a whole.
