Requirements:

  • A minimum of a year of experience working with children in an educational or care setting, with a focus on SEMH, ASC, or similar needs
  • Relevant certifications such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Working with Children, or equivalent training
  • A proven ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively while fostering a positive atmosphere
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and empathetically with students, parents, and colleagues
  • The ability to tailor your support to the unique needs of each child
  • Basic ICT skills for documentation and communication

Nice to have:
