Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant

GSL Education are seeking a motivated Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school community in Wareham with an immediate start. As a Special Education Needs TA, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure every learner feels safe, valued, and able to access their education in a positive and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in SEN, care, or support work who are eager to make a meaningful difference.
