The HR Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee-focused HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures consistency in HR processes, compliance with policies and local labor laws, and smooth execution of core HR activities such as employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee support.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files
Ensure timely issuance of employment letters, contracts, amendments, and confirmations
Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
