Inputs to TA team on Quality of hires
Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire – cultural evaluation & potential evaluation
Ensure timely hiring
Track hiring for critical positions
Monitor cost of hiring & budgeted HC nos – maintain within budget
On-boarding of New Hires
Driving People Performance
Drive timely execution of Goal Setting/ ACE Check-In processes
Support leaders by providing coaching and training on processes
Talent Management
Review internal talent through TRP process – Make suitable recommendations
Implement actions from BPTW scores, report employee pulse and drive employee engagement plan
Support employee development through IDPs – monitor quality of execution and drive a learning culture through workday
Focus on talent pipeline for critical role and leadership positions
Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives
Engagement & Culture
