Spatial Design and Social Impact Lead – KTP Associate

• Work on a highly strategic spatial architecture project with SET
• Support SETs ambition to grow the charity
• Based at SET studios in Vauxhall, with some travel to other SET sites, as required

• Educated to degree level (min. 2:1) in Architecture or Spatial Practices
• Proficiency in architectural and multi-stakeholder projects, specifically in internal fit-outs, adaptive re-use and/or reusable or flexible/modular systems
• Knowledge of contemporary artists practices and spaces
• Strategic thinker in a creative industries context, with an understanding of local policies related to cultural infrastructure
• Understanding of the charity surplus-generating model
• Be able to take ownership of a significant and challenging project, which has economic and environmental priorities
• Take a structured approach to project management
• Be an excellent communicator across varied stakeholder needs
• Be self motivated and resourceful

Relevant Masters or PhD level experience is desirable, reflecting the need for theoretical knowledge and research enquiry
