Job Responsibility

Extract and process data from SAP, including part number, serial number, and descriptions
transfer aircraft component information into the Maintenance Data System
generate and upload component updates in XML
track spare parts data including flight hours and landings
collaborate closely with both the customer and their teams
monitor the progress of parts for uploads and mission readiness
address data accuracy issues to prevent delays or errors
proactively resolve potential problems impacting operations
work independently with high levels of detail and accuracy
liaise with the customer to ensure smooth operations

3–5 years of experience in parts management, purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
