Job Description:

Senior Spare Parts Specialist to join the Supply Chain Customer Service Department, which deals with managing the supply of spare parts for installed systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage requests through ticketing system (SalesForce)
  • Manage quotations and sales orders creation (SAP)
  • Manage order confirmation and delivery times
  • Customer Support: identify needed parts, provide technical information, and handle inquiries or complaints
  • Manage spare parts warranties
  • Data Management: update and maintain accurate records in database systems (SAP) regarding pricing, deliveries and orders status
  • Support the branches around the world

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts management
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Valid driving license

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Italian language
  • Working experience on SAP ERP and Sales Force CRM
