Senior Spare Parts Specialist to join the Supply Chain Customer Service Department, which deals with managing the supply of spare parts for installed systems.
Job Responsibility:
Manage requests through ticketing system (SalesForce)
Manage quotations and sales orders creation (SAP)
Manage order confirmation and delivery times
Customer Support: identify needed parts, provide technical information, and handle inquiries or complaints
Manage spare parts warranties
Data Management: update and maintain accurate records in database systems (SAP) regarding pricing, deliveries and orders status
Support the branches around the world
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts management
Strong customer orientation
Very good communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Valid driving license
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Italian language
Working experience on SAP ERP and Sales Force CRM
