Our client based in CV7, Coventry, has an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Sales Specialist to join their team. £16.92 - £19.49 per hour (£33,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience) Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45 Friday: 08:00 - 15:45 Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent Office-based position
Job Responsibility
Prepare accurate and timely spare parts quotations for UK and Ireland customers using the ERP system
Process spare parts and service-related orders for UK and Ireland customers
Coordinate customer returns, repairs, invoicing, and credit processes
Proactively monitor and manage open orders to ensure on-time delivery
Expedite sales order backlogs to maximise billing output
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Support customer engagement through the E-Store strategy
Collaborate with the European team to improve transactional efficiency
Monitor local stock levels and backorders, proactively addressing shortages and potential risks
Undertake any other duties as required by the Spare Parts Manager in line with the scope and grading of the role
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in aftersales or a similar role
Experience using ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA and JD Edwards) and Microsoft 365 applications
Previous back-office quoting experience within a technical or industrial B2B environment is desirable
Qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred
