Job Responsibility

  • Ensure successful implementation of spare-parts system in SAP with particular attention on the mini stock
  • Establish effective plans to ensure that all spare-parts contracts and procurement are well prepared for
  • Accomplish successful contractual and purchasing requirements and scope of works for all the maintenance contracts and purchase orders with the concerned company teams, vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth running process of maintenance contracts administration and spare-parts procurement activities
  • Maintain effective relations and constant follow-ups with the contracts and procurement teams, vendors and suppliers to ensure that all the required materials and equipment will be supplied in an orderly manner
  • Solve and tackle issues with the concerned parties to have all those deliverables managed properly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance activity and in maintenance spare-parts definitions and Knowledge of SAP and spare-parts stock management
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Good coordination and tasks follow-up skills

Nice to have

French or Arabic languages are a plus
