We are seeking a dynamic highly organised and experienced Spare Part Manager to join our team at PÖTTINGER Ireland. As the spare Parts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of spare parts to support our operations. Job Responsibility

  • Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Irish subsidiary, responsible for growth and development of PÖTTINGER spare parts business across the Irish market
  • First point of contact for dealer network spare parts department, offering support and assistance in ordering process
  • Implementing growth targets and plans across dealer network through regular meetings
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy and addressing discrepancies
  • Working closely with sales, service colleagues and dealer network to identify and determine necessary spare parts stock for top level customer satisfaction
  • Planning and carrying out annual marketing activities with global marketing team
  • Using CRM software to document agreements and business activities
  • Daily management of warehouse in Clonmel

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and technical background with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ambitious and driven for success
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of agriculture

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of all production and utility equipment
  • Oversee and coordinate corrective maintenance activities efficiently and effectively to minimize production downtime

  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze failure data, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and reduce recurring issues
  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance
