Job Description:

This role is focused on delivering consistent exceptional customer service through careful application of your skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.

Job Responsibility:

Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet
Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
Assisting other team members in daily transactions
Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required

Requirements:

Solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales
Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks
Flexibility and be a team player, customer-focused and innovative
Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills

Nice to have:

Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales
Strong mechanical aptitude
Great industry knowledge and can-do attitude
Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure
