This role is focused on delivering consistent exceptional customer service through careful application of your skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
  • Assisting other team members in daily transactions
  • Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required

Requirements:

  • Solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales
  • Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales highly advantageous
