Ready to support customers, coordinate processes, and make an impact? Framo is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator who plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by coordinating the complete spare parts order process. We are looking for a proactive Spare Parts Coordinator with strong administrative and communication skills. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and takes ownership of coordinating spare parts orders, quotations, and after-sales support with accuracy and efficiency. You act as the link between customers, internal departments, and logistics, ensuring smooth communication, efficient order handling, and high customer satisfaction. In this role, you report to the Team leader Spare Parts.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and coordinate the spare parts order process from quotation to dispatch
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and sales orders
  • Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about order and shipment status
  • Coordinate invoicing activities of the sales orders
  • Act as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal departments
  • Ensure all customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service
  • Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Team leader Spare Parts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and customer service
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with FRAMO standards and company procedures

Requirements

  • MBO+ working and thinking level with experience in Inside Sales or a similar commercial support environment
  • Comfortable working in a technical environment
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/administrative systems
