Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate large international tenders, guiding teams through each stage of the lifecycle
  • Manage Spanish tender documentation, ensuring timely submissions
  • Conduct pre-launch analysis to support international expansion
  • Deliver insights from tender data to align company products with market needs
  • Review tender publications and maintain accurate CRM data

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Sales experience
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Degree in Life sciences, science or pharmaceutical
