Are you passionate about luxury travel? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading travel company in an exciting sales role. Based in central London, this hybrid position is ideal for someone who has some previous experience in customer support or sales and is excited by high-end travel.

Job Responsibility

  • Selling luxury travel services in Spanish
  • Keeping in touch with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with inbound customer contacts
  • Meeting KPIs and targets
  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls/emails optimising the sales process

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Travel and/or hospitality experience is a plus
  • A proactive, target driven mindset and a passion for premium travel
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
