Our client, a leading non-profit organization in San Diego, CA is seeking a dedicated Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their call center team. This position plays a vital role ensuring that program participants and community members receive exceptional support and access to the organization's resources.
Job Responsibility:
Provide phone-based customer service and support in both Spanish and English
Address inquiries related to non-profit programs, services, and application status
Accurately document customer interactions and case outcomes in internal systems
Escalate complex cases to appropriate team members as needed
Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism at all times
Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver seamless service
Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment, ideally supporting non-profit or social service programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center systems
