Not only for motorists, but also to support retail and logistics companies. The head office of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is located in Maastricht.

Job Responsibility

The Dealer Parts Support team of Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center takes care of various logistical issues regarding the delivery of car parts. Issues can occur on a daily basis. Transportation, production or administration issues can happen frequently. In the DPS team you take care of these issues by finding the best and most fitting solution. For these activities it is important that you keep all parties up to date and work with your colleagues to find the solution.

Requirements

  • fluent in Spanish on a native level and near native communication skills in English
  • (near) native level of Portuguese is a plus
  • preferably experienced in a customer service environment
  • the ability to remain calm and collected in difficult customer situations
  • motivated and very customer minded
  • can work in a team as well as on your own
  • attention to detail based on organizational and time management skills
  • living in the area of Maastricht
