Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
Handle email, call, and video communication in Spanish with professionalism and clarity
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience

Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for the operations, technical, and delivery teams
