Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Language Expert who will be responsible for managing end-to-end communication with Spanish-speaking clients, gathering project requirements, and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role involves client interaction, requirement analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet project timelines and expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients
  • Handle email, call, and video communication in Spanish with professionalism and clarity
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Interact with clients to understand and document project requirements in detail
  • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for the operations, technical, and delivery teams
