Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and language-focused Spanish Language Assistant who is passionate about communication, cultural exchange, and supporting language development. In this role, you will help facilitate Spanish language learning and ensure effective communication across multilingual environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in delivering Spanish language support for training sessions, workshops, or internal programs
  • Provide translation and localization support for documents, presentations, and communications
  • Support learners in improving their Spanish speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills
  • Help prepare learning materials, exercises, and language resources
  • Review and proofread Spanish content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Facilitate conversational practice sessions and cultural learning activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and culturally appropriate communication
  • Maintain records of learning progress and provide feedback where needed
  • Support multilingual communication across departments and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English
  • Degree in Languages, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in language teaching, tutoring, translation, or a similar role is an advantage
  • Understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and language learning methodologies
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools or language platforms is beneficial
