Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive customer experience
  • Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Assist with order entry, account updates, and providing product or service information
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools preferred
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
