Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive customer experience
Accurately maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Assist with order entry, account updates, and providing product or service information
Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools preferred
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
