ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking a professional, reliable, and motivated Spanish Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative and HR support that promotes teamwork and reflects ServiceMaster’s values.
Job Responsibility:
Greet employees, applicants, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
Receive and sign for deliveries
distribute items to appropriate departments
Assist employees with office-related needs (copier, internet, supplies, etc.)
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Screen employee calls and route to appropriate staff
Screen and direct sales calls to management
Take accurate messages and maintain professional phone etiquette
Complete and distribute the daily phone log by 9:30 AM
Prepare job applications and hiring packets daily
Track employee call-outs and time-off requests in Excel
Enter production log times for cleaning, window, and floor departments
Maintain office supply inventory and assist with supply distribution
File production and floor logs daily and archive monthly
Assist with general filing and document organization
Laminate insurance cards, key tags, and related materials
Shred confidential documents as required
Prepare birthday, anniversary, and sympathy cards
coordinate signatures
Arrange condolence flowers and cards when appropriate
Support company events such as quarterly meetings, open houses, and company picnics
Assist HR and Office Management with assigned tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent verbal, written, phone, and face-to-face communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong integrity, accountability, and follow-through
Ability to stay calm, organized, and composed in a fast-paced environment
