Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SPANISH BILINGUAL Patient Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with patients, clinicians, and internal teams to provide exceptional support and resolve concerns effectively. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide empathetic and knowledgeable guidance to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through multiple communication channels
  • Accurately document patient interactions and updates in the designated systems
  • Collaborate with clinicians and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, competitive alternatives, and market trends to support patient needs
  • Meet established quality and call performance targets consistently
  • Adhere to ethical and detail-oriented standards, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support the organization by delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints effectively
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in assisting patients in a healthcare or customer service setting
  • Strong background in call center customer service or similar roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and provide excellent service
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism in all interactions
