Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to managers, departments, and office staff
Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish
Greet visitors and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner
Translate or interpret basic verbal and written communication as needed
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents in English and Spanish when required
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Maintain office supplies and assist with general office coordination
Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
