Job Description

AIM is looking for a Spanish and Social teacher. This teaching positions plays a central role in delivering high-quality learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and support all students to achieve their full potential. Teachers are responsible for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging classrooms that align with SEP (Secretaría de Educación Pública) requirements, AIM's curriculum, Inspired's educational philosophy, and the school's safeguarding standards. This position requires effective lesson planning, delivery of engaging instruction, assessment of student progress, and ongoing collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards and school expectations
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN, ELL, and gifted students
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies to maximise student engagement and achievement
  • Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning experiences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment practices
  • Promote inquiry, critical thinking, and student ownership of learning
  • Design and implement formative and summative assessments
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
  • Record, analyse, and report student progress accurately
  • Participate in moderation processes to ensure consistency in assessment
  • Use assessment data to inform planning and targeted interventions
