Job Responsibility

  • Execute Plaud’s integrated marketing campaigns across PR, influencer, digital, retail, and DTC channels for the local market
  • Localize global IMC strategies and creative assets to ensure cultural relevance and regulatory compliance
  • Manage local creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and on brand
  • Coordinate with HQ IMC and Product Marketing teams to align messaging, visuals, and launch timelines
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile post-campaign reports, and provide actionable feedback to HQ

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand activation, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns and managing agency partners
  • Strong understanding of local media, PR, and influencer landscapes
  • Native-level Spanish proficiency with strong English communication skills
  • Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency

Nice to have

  • Experience localizing global campaigns for the local market
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or consumer tech products
  • Proficiency in AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma)
