  • Create and enable new cost and schedule effective execution approaches for development that are focused on best value to our company, programs, and customers
  • Understand long-term objectives for BAE Systems SMS and our customers and how to help shape development work to enable future opportunities
  • Understand onboarding path for products and documentation produced on development programs and how to best benefit future programs
  • Determine most efficient means of producing prototypes, brassboards, EDUs, and STE. Support engineers in execution and documentation
