Job Description:

The Spa & Wellness Manager is responsible for curating, leading, and delivering an exceptional, holistic spa and wellness experience aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning and brand values. This role oversees spa operations and supports wellness suites, movement, mindfulness, guest programs, and practitioner teams - ensuring seamless integration, operational excellence, and elevated guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and deliver exceptional, luxury-led spa & wellness experiences, including retreats, workshops, and personalised guest journeys
  • Oversee day-to-day spa and wellness operations, ensuring premium standards of presentation, safety, compliance, and facility maintenance
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to integrate wellness seamlessly into the overall guest experience
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing Spa & Wellness team, fostering a culture of professionalism, care, and continuous improvement
  • Manage treatment menus, scheduling, utilisation, budgets, payroll, and cost controls to drive commercial performance
  • Drive revenue growth through optimised treatments, retail, packages, partnerships, and targeted wellness offerings
  • Uphold and evolve the resort’s wellness brand while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ spa management experience, ideally within a luxury or premium international hotel environment
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy
  • Health Science background or related discipline
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, optimize performance, and implement effective business strategies aligned with Accor brand standards
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a hands-on, collaborative approach that embodies Accor’s Heartist® values
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and make sound, data-driven decisions
